Whether we are looking to reach the next level or to get rid of difficult or frustrating times,
I truly believe that the best approach is often global. That is why I developed
the "HAPPY ANTIFRAGILITY" model Ⓡ which is applicable for assessment and issue prevention or resolution at any stage of your personal and professional life.
"Happy" refers to enjoying great times as much as possible and "antifragility" relates to
use challenges to get better, i.e. healthier, stronger, happier.

That is how you adapt to changes. We will go e.g. into time & priority management, personal development and emotion management.
That is how you maintain your energy. This covers nutrition, movement, recovery, inner peace and harmony with Nature amongst other topics. I used Biohacking which covers from ancient techniques such as yoga and Qi Gong to modern science and fitness techniques.
That is how you deal with money, which is a key resource within the model.
That is where you live and work. This may affect your personal alignment, your wellbeing and your performance more than you think.
That is how you interact with others, whether it is your partner, your family, your pets and your business relationships.
